A weekly goal template built for follow-through
A useful weekly plan is short enough to remember and specific enough to measure. Use the structure below, then track it in GoalBee.
1. Choose one to three outcomes
Write the results that would make the week meaningful. Keep the list small enough that each item can influence daily choices.
2. Define the evidence
Choose a number, duration, repetition count or completion condition. Replace “work on my project” with “complete three 45-minute project sessions.”
3. Identify the smallest recovery action
Decide what you will do if the week slips—a ten-minute session, one outreach message or a reduced but still meaningful target.
4. Review before the week ends
Check progress while there is still time to respond. At the end, record what worked and set the next target using the evidence.
