Privacy
GoalBee privacy policy
GoalBee stores the account information and goal-related data you provide, optional email choices, and basic usage analytics when permitted.
How information is used
Information is used to run the app, personalize your experience, maintain security, support billing and improve features. GoalBee does not need your goal content for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
Strictly necessary storage supports authentication and security. Optional analytics helps understand how the site is used and is controlled through the cookie preferences interface where required.
Optional email
Signed-in users can separately opt in to GoalBee updates and Aisle Seat One portfolio updates. Both choices are off by default and can be changed independently in Settings or through an unsubscribe link. Account creation, product use, billing and analytics choices do not count as marketing consent. If selected, we process the address, scope-specific consent or withdrawal evidence, notice version, locale, time zone, and limited delivery or suppression evidence. Open-tracking pixels are disabled.
Account deletion and requests
You can delete your account through available account controls. Personal data is removed from active systems unless retention is required for legal, fraud-prevention or operational reasons. Minimum consent and suppression evidence may remain where needed to prove withdrawal and prevent another marketing send; it is not used to recreate a deleted profile. Contact privacy@goalbee.app for a privacy request.
Service providers
GoalBee relies on service providers such as Supabase for application infrastructure, Stripe for payments, Google for optional analytics and sign-in features, Resend for explicitly requested marketing-email delivery and suppression handling, and Aisle Seat One Growth Admin for encrypted scope-specific consent and campaign evidence. Their processing is governed by their own terms and applicable agreements.
